KOVOMETAL was established in February 1999. In January 2007, the company changed to KOVOMETAL SK limited liability company.

The main part of the company’s production consists of manufacturing machine parts by means of machining (turning, milling, grinding, boring, drilling), welding, locksmith’s operations and assembly. The manufacturing process is performed by means of CNC and NC machines, and partly by universal tool machines.

The company fabricates machine parts in accordance to customer requirements. The principal production segments are components for the automotive industry, welding machines and parts for instrumentation and measuring equipment, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and hydraulic systems. More than 90% of production is exported to EU countries, predominantly to Germany and France.

KOVOMETAL SK processes all structural steel grades, stainless steel, tool steel, non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, etc.) and PVC materials.
The company provides all kinds of surface treatment, such as galvanizing, phosphatising, nickel plating, chrome plating, blacking, anodizing, powder coats spraying and all types of heat treatment.
